Mushroom spores may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery and avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat or freezing conditions. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit delays and temperature conditions are outside of our direct control.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it was compromised during shipping, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.
